"Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances."

"The rooms are clean, the staff was nice but the coffee was terrible and having to use a room key to access , even the elevator was a little excessive. But I guess it does make you feel a little more secure. Also I couldn't order a movie in the room.I don't know what was going on with that.
Also, the parking fee is ridiculous.$25 a night.Give me a break , and no one's gonna wanna pay that. Good thing we came in on a Saturday night.Because then there was free parking on the street after nine p m...
