"We chose this property because it had 7 stars on Expedia. When we arrived, the front desk associate was kind. There is no elevator. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The AC vent was broken. There was a hole in the wall from the doorknob. The bathroom ceiling was peeling over the bathtub. There were stains on the sheets. The chair in the room was completely covered in stains. There was no smoke alarm in the room. Overall, it was very uncomfortable."

"The king suite with sofa sleeper room was our room. The mattress on the sofa sleeper has obviously never been replaced but was extremely well used. If you are going to advertise the room as having a sofa sleeper you need to replace the mattresses or just advertise it as a king room with sofa."

"We didnt even stay there because of smell and there was electric outlet without a cover on. Exposed wires and 2 year old doesn't match."

"Pictures on website do not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. This area is infiltrated with people who enjoy recreational drug use and smoking. It is in a very central location with all stores and freeways nearby. Room was NOT up to my expectations however, the bed was comfortable and sheets and linens were clean. Continental breakfast is coffee and carbs. Absolutely ZERO fruit or protein. Staff was friendly. "

"Very dirty, bugs all over, very poorly maintained, security doors to the hotel had the locks broken so anyone could walk in. The adjoining door between rooms was duct taped closed. We didn't stay for our 2nd booked night but found a cleaner hotel close by."

"This was a clean property, both in common areas and in the room. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Easy check in. Good breakfast area and coffee available early."

"I had reserved a king bed hotel room, and with no notification from the hotel, was given a 2 bed standard room. When I inquired about this at the desk, I wasn't given a good reason for the change or why no notification to me was made. Just that they changed it in the system and there was not any king beds actually available. Other than this, we did enjoy the pool."

"We stayed one night, came by late, there did not use the pool. Staff was super friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was great! First place to have ground meat, corn tortillas, onions, shredded cheese, tomatoes, to make tacos. Scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy, slices of watermelon... Staff on duty cleaned up our plates after eating, walked around asking people how everything was... Also handed out chocolate treats."
