"I booked this room because it was close to where I needed to stay. Also, it had decent reviews about cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I did not find this to be the case with my room. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, and my bathroom was NOT clean. There was black hair everywhere… in the sink and bathtub, as well as on the countertop. "Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start."

"the location across from the Orpheum Theater and near the old market was wonderful. their restaurant the Monarch was reasonable and delicious. Their valet parking was friendly and very secure, I will chose the Deco over every other downtown Omaha hotels every time."
