"Room was dusty and dirty . Lighting in the room was dark and gloomy . There was heavy dust behind the tv stand . The ac was broken and full of dust . Breakfast was the same thing every single morning not one item was changed . The house cleaning staff was okay as they came everyday . Had to ask to empty the trash etc ."

I made the reservations for this particular trip and checked off that we needed it for the night of the 23rd and 24th, not realizing the web site was asking not what nights we needed, but dates of check-in and check-out. "I loved the location and the character of this property! Every person I encountered on the staff went above and beyond. I'm from the south so I appreciate the friendliness of these folks. I was greeted every time I came and went, which was a lot, and they truly seemed to care about my stay. The only negative I have is that they don't have a full-service restaurant on site.
