"The check in process was smooth and everything was fine but our room had fingernail clippings on the floor that weren't ours and a dead bug, kind of gross."

"We always stay here while traveling between NM and Dallas - this time was so disappointing because they put us in a room that backed up to the elevator. We didn’t realize we would hear it all night until we were in bed and turned off the tv. ALL NIGHT!!! It was terrible!"

"Pillows were horrible. Like sleeping on a sock. Coffee pods provided but no coffee pot? Notice read you could exchange your linens at the front desk any time. How about a better and scheduled maid service?"

"The on-site manager, Jessica is very rude and has a power trip over the facilities! She makes assumptions and does not ask questions before she starts bossing people and threatening to escort them off the premises when she doesn’t even know what’s going on. The Front Desk staff was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. There were a few shortcomings but nothing that we couldn’t get past the on-site manager Jessica made my stay horrible and I will be reaching out to the general manager."

"The hotel is family & pet friendly, it has a beautiful indoor pool with a waterfall, a large hot tub and a nice dining area for breakfast. The hotel staff always greet guests with a genuine welcome and are accommodating with questions. "

"Room was spacious but outdated and had minimal towels based on number of people staying in the room. Overall appearance of the hotel seemed dated and not well maintained. The pool was not operational basketball court was not usable. Complementary breakfast was minimal, and no other perks were noted as a majority of the machines were nonfunctional. The staff was very helpful and always gracious with any request my wife and I had.."

"This place is the best for the price! I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had a kitchen complete with dishwasher and full-size refrigerator with a separate bedroom and living area, very nice very clean and $400 cheaper than other hotels I had checked in to that had less amenities. The pool is closed down, but I personally don’t care about that."

"We loved our stay our room was great but the breakfast was not that good the bread was stale the selections were the same as a motel 6 not up to the Hilton quality "

"Nice hotel along the highway. The only drawback is the highway noise and a slow and creaky elevator. Excellent breakfast!"
