"Room was clean. Staff was Friendly and helpful - we left the big luggage with them for the safari.. AC needed a restart to cool the Room down but Next day it showed the error again. Breakfast was good. They change some days with ham and salmon. You have a Station for Omelett and some Fried africano Special food."

"We stayed at Landmark Suites in Nairobi while attending a wedding and unfortunately our experience was awful. From the moment we arrived there were issues with the room. It was not properly cleaned and had a strong unpleasant odor when we checked in. The bathroom mirror was cracked all the way through and the bathroom light did not work, which meant I had to get ready in the hallway instead of the bathroom. One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot water. During our entire stay we were never able to have a warm shower, the water was consistently cold. Several other guests from our wedding group experienced serious plumbing problems as well. Both my parents and cousins showers would not drain properly, leaving several inches of standing water while showering, and the bathroom floors flooded after each shower. Another common complaint among our group was the lack of basic towels. Many of us were staying in multi-bedroom suites (two or even three bedrooms), yet the rooms were provided with only one or two bath towels total. There were no hand towels or face towels available, which was very inconvenient for larger groups sharing a suite. Our room was advertised as having a full kitchen, but there were no utensils, plates, glasses, or basic kitchen items provided to actually use it. There were also problems with room access. "We stayed at the Hyatt Place in Nairobi while attending a wedding and honestly it was the best decision. We briefly moved to Landmark Suites to be with the rest of the group, but the accommodations there were so poor that we came right back to the Hyatt Place. The difference was night and day. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day and everything, from the linens to the bathrooms, felt fresh and well cared for. After a long day out in Nairobi, it was always nice coming back to such a clean and comfortable space. The staff was warm, professional, and eager to help. They even upgraded us from a suite to an even nicer suite during our stay, which was incredibly generous and made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. There’s a fresh omelette station, a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and every kind of alternative milk you could want. It’s easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had anywhere. We also loved the upstairs bar and lounge area, which has a foosball table and pool table and creates a fun, relaxed atmosphere in the evenings. The outdoor pool is not heated, but was still a big hit with our kids. And my husband used the gym several times and said it was well equipped.
