"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Hidden gem walkable to Little Italy. The room was huge with a huge whirlpool tub. The staff was great. Free breakfast was superb and was delivered right to the room. Multiple TVs and a really nice shower. Would stay there again."

Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. "Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. "Great hotel when in Baltimore for an Orioles game. Located across the street from Camden Yard plus the valet parking makes for an excellent experience. The breakfast was tasty. The noon check out time allowed plenty of time to visit the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum just 1 block over. We will definitely be back."
