"Overall, the stay was decent, but there are several issues that need to be addressed by management.
Room condition: The pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. There was a small hole in the wall near the bed, the paint on the white walls was visibly dirty, and a wall decal was peeling off. These are cosmetic issues, but they affect the overall feel of the room.
Cleanliness: The bathroom floor was not clean and had a strong urine odor — this is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
Value for money: We paid an early arrival fee and an additional city fee, which made the experience feel even more disappointing given the condition of the room. To top it off, we were given a rooftop-view room that overlooked a dirty rooftop — not what you’d expect after paying extra.
