She is beyond a sweetheart and very helpful!! ❤️This by far is the best Apartment style home where I felt safe and like as if I was surrounded by family! You will not make a bad choice by staying here for your vacation. It is in the center of everything car rental, grocery store and 7 mile beachfront is literally a walk across the street easy access!! I give this property a 10+"

"Im sorry to say these were the worst 2 apartments in the hotel which by the way is not called terrez but is actually in the negril beach club hotel (id like to stressthat the negril beach club itself seemed to be a nice hotel to stay ) but thr 2 apartments that i booked under the false advertisement on hotels .com website were the worst experience ever , they privately owned and this was not listed i couldnt find it to start with then i called the number and was put through to yet another hotel...
