"The hotel was in a quiet convenient location. Fairly well maintained. We had a sink that splashed water but a minor inconvenience. The big problem is not the hotel but its’ clientele. Guest up until 2 am loud in their rooms and just being inconsiderate. Walls are thin and next door sounds like they are sharing."

"Notification that you had to put a deposit down even though the room was paid in full should have been provided. Deposit being more than the room itself was kinda outrageous. Breakfast could have been better. Cups needed to be placed near the juice machine. Serving utensils should have been placed near the food."

"The staff was terrific! Very accommodating and happy. The room, bed, accessible features, were all good. Did not do the breakfast. Our only complaint was the directions on Google. There is so much street construction & the directions took us to a parking lot about 2 blocks away. We kept driving around & finally saw AC, & weaved our way there, frustrated & questioning our decision to stay there. However, once we mastered the gate & entered, it was smooth sailing until checkout! Would stay again."

"Disappointed with our stay and won't be booking there in the future. The front desk staff were great, polite, and knowledgeable. That's about the only positive thing I can say. Upon entering our room the first thing we noticed was the bed dipping in the center. So we looked underneath and saw that both center supports of the frame were broken and another part of the frame was missing screws and was held together by duct tape. And it also looked like it had been quite a while since it had been vacuumed. Other things in the room were also lacking. The chair had a lot is snags and loose threads everywhere, there were smudges on surfaces to the point you could tell they hadn't been properly cleaned, the room also had a very stale smell. After these discoveries we took pictures and went back to the front desk to request another room, which they accommodated. The new room was somewhat of an improvement. The same lack of surface cleaning was evident. The ice bucket had sitting water on the tray beneath it. And the room fridge looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time and smelled as well. Lastly, the breakfast was less than stellar. Watery scrambled eggs, tator tots, stale bread for toasting, overcooked rubbery sausage links, and dry muffins. Certainly not something to be proud of or boast about. "
