"The room was dirty and the floors turned our feet black. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. Mold growing in the shower"

"Everything was fine except for the coffee, both in the room and at breakfast. Good coffee goes a long way to ensure a pleasant stay. And their coffee is barely drinkable."

We called front desk for a refund but they gave us another room upstairs that was more decent . "
