"The walkway on the second floor has a scary slant to it. Felt like I was going to fall down but was not flexible so I assume it is safe. "

"I've stayed here a couple times and the staff are always excellent. Rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are new. It's central for getting into the city by transit. Walking distance from park royal mall. There is lots of car parking close to your room. There is some traffic noise from the intersection near by but it was pretty quiet after 10. "

"We had a staycation at the Quay hotel and the room was just awesome with a view of the city. When we checked in the staff at the front was a total sweetheart, checked us in early, gave a free bottle of wine and upgraded us with a view. The hotel location is stellar with a food market literally two floors down and all lower Lonsdale has to offer including seeing sailing ships and yachts at the harbour. It truly was an awesome experience and will recommend it to anyone looking for a fun walk...

"So much fun! The pool was busy, but still so fun and nice to have the option to relax. Staff were super friendly and helpful at the front desk. The rooms were fantastic! So many attractions near by! Speeders (go karts, mini golf), Costco, movie theatre and of cooourse the hotel's Casino! During certain seasons the Richmond Night Market is right there too. "
