We were not offered our free drink vouchers so I went to the desk to ask and once I got them they bar wouldn’t honor them. They hotel advertised breakfast with the room but after it it booked you find out it is not included. The hotel will not tell guy where the bus or train station is located. Horrible place to stay!"

The rooms did not look at all like the pictures on the website and wasn’t worth the value for what you pay to stay there. We had 3 different rooms because the rooms were not clean enough to meet standard expectations. The manager was kind and helpful, and we appreciated her customer care for the concerns we shared."
