Other facilities bathroom, kitchen etc are shared which it also says so inconsistent description Key lock system was broken and had to wait in the cold for someone to driver over and bash the key off the wall with a hammer. This is not the type of property experience I wish to experience again. Property tried to refuse a refund when hotels.com contacted them directly. one of the messiest hotel experiences...
