Attention to detail in any aspect. So, it was a real pleasure to return to my room after spending a day in a busy town. Thank you Fiona and Ricardo for making my stay so special. I won't hesitate to rebook again."

"Good location 15 mins walk to centre along the river. Clean rooms and adaquite kitchen. Free morning pastries was a basket full of plain croissants not alot of choise there. Coffee machine was broke but hot water and coffee available in its place. We just made one in our room. Lovely veiw over the river."

"The room we stayed in wasn’t nice at all. The bathroom smelt like drains, the shower kept going cold, the sealant was missing and mouldy, there was a big rumbling noise every time you turned a tap on or flushed the toilet. The rest of the room was a mess the carpet had big brown stains everywhere like something had been spilt and just left to dry. Coffee and tea stains all over the counter and you have to really slam the door to close it. All in all it was just GRIM! "

"Our room was clean and modern and absolutely terrible to stay in. The bathroom was lit like an operating room; there was no place to hang towels; the modular sink/vanity sloped into in such a way that almost anything you tried to put on the vanity slid into the sink; and the sliding door was hung and weighted so that it was impossible to close without slamming and waking up the others and the interior handle for opening had a sharp metal edge. There were 2 clothes hangers for 3 people. There...

"Great location and lovely breakfast. Air con not working in the room, reported it and manager came and reset it, worked for 10 minutes and broke again. Too noisy outside to have the window open. Reported our disappointment on check out and ignored. Recommend for location but ask for a room river side. "
