"This hotel was so clean and quiet. The location is perfect as there are many places to dine in the area. Parking is a breeze and check in and check is less than 3 minutes. I loved it!!"

"The room assigned to us is clean and organized. Slidding wood door need to get fix. Its hard and no handle. Hard to push. Room is NOT quiet. You can hear neighbors noise, loud stumps when guests walk on the upper floor especially when there are kids. Its annoying and i was not able to rest enought my 7 nights stay. The breakfast easily run out fast. The staff are friendly. The muslim receptionist is friendly and always smile. The self laundry is a huge help . They have gym but i did not use it....

"Cleaning staff are excellent on cleaning our room daily. Available washer and dryer with no extra fee are a plus. Breakfast are great. Overall great experience. Only down side are the whirlpool which will need some update."

"I booked a Newly Renovated King bed with walk in shower did not get that. I got queen bed and tub shower with the tub…absolutely not renovated in any way. The sink plug fell off and green rust in the spouts of both sink and shower. I took pictures. I was extremely disappointed. It looked more like a cheap motel room. I have been to this hotel before and did not have that experience of what so ever. I was also charged for the parking fee that was already included in my fee initially. I was so...

"Breakfast was not complimentary. We were given a coupon of 10$ each for breakfast. At the restaurant there was only one guy to take the orders and the prepare the food. Had to wait for one hour to get food for 4 people. The automatic blinds were not working. The sheets worked. This caused sleep problems. The parking was 30$ overnight."

"The staff was great but the rooms on the lower floors do not get much sunlight. They can be very dark and one suggestion my wife found it really difficult applying her makeup due to the lack of light. Each room should be able to order a makeup mirror from the hotel to make up for the lack of light. Also the pillows were lumpy and not soft. Overall the hotel and room were clean and the staff were all very attentive and helpful."

"The hotel was pretty average... Very limited parking, which you also have to pay for ($20 a day). Staff was super friendly! Once the hotel finishes renovations, I'm sure it will be a lot nicer. "

"Spacious room. However, it had a terribly dirty feel and smell to it. Bathroom smelled like excrement, rusty shower. The sink had hairs, it had clearly hadn’t been cleaned up prior to our check-in. Thermostat was not working, instead there was a very old system that took forever to “cool down “ a bit. Also, the elevator in the property was not working and I had to pay an extra $20 for parking."

"While untucking the bedding for the evening, I noticed dirt or dead bedbug clusters inside both comforters. The t.v. was on and backlit the white comforters revealing the spots. Since both beds had it, I'm sure other rooms do too. The rest of room, hotel, and amenities was o.k. Breakfast buffet was excellent!"
