"Ariel and Chris were awesome at Happy Hours! Rooms are large. Great breakfast. Front desk morning staff needs a refresher "

"There were ants crawling over things in our room and on our bed. The staff has the personality of a doormat. The check in attendant was on her cell phone the entire time. She said nothing to us other than “sign here”. The building is old, run down, the rooms are the same. The bathroom leaves A LOT to be desired. During our stay, the fire alarm went off at 11 pm and we had to exit the building but no explanation was provided on if it was safe to re-enter or an apology to stand in the cold. If I could give this property zero stars, I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"Clean, comfortable room and well-kept facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location — super close to dining, Allstate Arena, and the Centric area. Would stay again."
