"The front lobby and check-in experience was excellent. Everything after that was concerning. The room I stayed in had a foul odor, the kind of smell you can't escape. Like a pungent urine/mold that made it difficult to breathe and settle in for an evening. The bed sheets were soiled and what appeared to be the original carpeting and window drapes were horrendous. I didn't use the AC unit, because I was concerned it would increase the level of mold in the room. I had been driving for over 10...

"This is my “go to” stop when traveling between Tacoma and Los Angeles. I can always count on a clean, comfortable room, and welcoming staff. The location feels safe and is conveniently located in the charming downtown area that offers great dining options and coffee shops."

"The only thing I didn't like was in the coffee machine inside the room. Where the water goes there was crude inside. like it has not been cleaned. Outside of that it was a good stay. I would stay there again."

"Our room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay the only issue was the breakfast breakfast was cold and it was removed before 10 am on a Sunday. Then before 10 am the staff started cleaning the tables making us feel rushed and unwelcomed. We came down and paid for breakfast at 930 and nothing was mentioned about when breakfast service would be ending it was buffet style with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, make your own waffles,bagels and assorted breads."

"I do not recommend this hotel if you want a decent stay in Redding. Check-in: I booked 2 rooms via Expedia but when trying to checkin and asked for 2 rooms and was denied, saying I don’t have the booking. Should have checked if 2nd booking is in another name and should have asked additional security deposit/documents. Instead he said no booking!!! "We really enjoyed our stay here, much more than the Oxford Suites Redding (three miles north on I-5). It was quiet, and we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was surprisingly small, but since there weren't many other people there at the moment, it got the job done. We did have an issue with our in-room refrigerator when we first arrived. Apparently, the cleaning staff had powered it down and we could not get it to turn back on. We had to have maintenance come...
