"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Vic was so nice and made sure I had anything I needed for my overnight. Conviently located next to the Happy Garden restaurant (Chinese/thai fusion) that was great! Also right across from the harbor for easy access to boating."

"Room was clean when we arrived. Had room service, none of our bottles for toiletries were full. Empty upon arrival, called the front desk, the gentleman brought us all brand new bottles, but seemed to get rather upset because my dog barked at him. Stayed for three days, room service didn’t bother to wipe down anything that was accessible and cleared of personal belongings. Breakfast was mediocre. But again, it’s hotel. Our second time staying, pet friendly and very pleasant. Will definitely stay...

"Nice staff, good lake access, and clean. Shower was worst I've had. The hot water was too hot, you could not get much cold water from shower so it was too hot for my young child, and there was no shower head! Otherwise, was a good stay, very accommodating staff. "

"Pictures included a continental breakfast which was not available. Coffee only served. Pool and hot tub out of order with 100 degree temperatures. Very low quality, uncomfortable beds in room. No accommodations for infants. "

"The property was beautiful, stayed a night in cottage - 24, it has 2 queen beds a comfortable couch and sitting chair , coffee table and 4 chair and table dinette. The cottage has plenty of room, 2 flat screen tvs, heater and air worked great! Nice grounds to walk around and friendly staff. Close to town for restaurants. Excellent choice for a stay in Clearlake !"

"We had awful experience We first got a room that reeked like vomit The carpet was filthy . We went to reception and got moved to a better room. Carpet was also dirty stained. Airconditiner did not work properly. Coffee maker also had issues. Beds were comfortable and towels clean. This hotel advertises „exceptional breakfast” , it is far from truth Coffee express machine did not work. Also there supposed to be a pool and jacuzzi. Aparantly they never had it there. Locals call this hotel...

"FOH and F&B staff were great. Shout out to Alonzo and Jeff at Truss. Top notch. Disappointing that Auro ( Michelin star) is not open Sunday through Wednesday. Pool on Sunday, next to no service, had to put up umbrella and get towels. Kids pool for kids 1year -to 15 years is 30" deep and was 94 degrees. Asked if there was a problem with the heater , never got an answer. Asked if the kids could cool off in the other pool ( it was 84) steps and got the brush off. Watched the pool bartender...
