"The room was clean, staff ok but the $40 I spent on a long bath was horrible. Staff was loud and sprayed me while cleaning the tub next door. There was a problem client that was in and out of her tub due to heat. She should have left. I have been many times prior without a bad experience. This was definitely a bad experience. Don’t know that I will ever return."

Overall, this pace is still to out liking despite lack of the woodburning for our place, the resort fee and more recently the parking fee. In this particular case, the checkout staff was rude. "Parking sucked we could haedly get my small suv in-between the 2 cars parked there at our cabin, the 2 cabins on either side had prople living in them full time it looked like and both where loud and playing music tell about 3 am .just over all felt sketchy "

"Beautiful little cottage. The only suggestion is to refine the check in process. Through Expedia I did not get the message to contact us we were checking in after 7pm. Expedia also did not provide my number for them to contact me. He charged my card without contacting me. Despite this the stay was good. "

"First time stay here and was pleasantly surprised at how the interior is not what you would expect from the exterior. It is every bit as nice as a similar resort in the area and a lot less expensive for a room. It makes up for a lesser view with the amenities and beautiful grounds. The dinner in the dining room was very tasty and reasonably priced. The room was good sized and comfortable. We did pay for spa services, and although they are a bit pricey the staff was great."
