"Good ice machine. It didn't have a coffee pot in the room or microwave. There wasn't a single plastic cup in the room so you could get a drink of water."

"Would have been a better experience if the stairwell/side entrance didn't reek of weed. Smelled like a couple people smoked outside the side entrance and the smell got into the stairwell. Luckily, my room was nice and airtight. Staff was super helpful when I didn't have handsoap. They were going through a shortage, but had a bottle to spare. They had shampoo dispensers in the shower, which were nice, but I have my own. Thought that was convenient. The blow dryer came in handy when I had to load...

"For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh."

We had you come back to check in: No staff just like Sunday morning but she did return at 7 pm. Buildings look neglected but the room was cleaned and comfortable but there was no climate control to be found."

"The room was nice and the breakfast, great. The only problem was that the pool was closed, and we had seen no announcement or indication that that was going to be the case. Since we travel with kids, the pool makes an enormous difference when we pick somewhere to stay. We paid a higher nightly price overall because we saw that this hotel had a pool. In other words, we paid for a service that we did not receive."
