"The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor. The shower and toilet were clean but the woodwork and tile again were dirty. Don’t get me wrong I had a great visit with my daughter and granddaughter...

"Check in odd time 5pm the day we checked in had to wait but staff were helpful during wait our room had carpet tiles they were slightly sticky to your feet but overall the room was clean"

"I don’t want to leave a totally bad review, because the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. However, there were people just hanging out in the outdoor walkways and stairwells, and sirens on the nearby street pretty much all night long. The sirens aren’t the hotel’s fault, but there’s little to dampen the noise. Breakfast options were very minimal - bagels and toast, yogurt, and cereal. No proteins, not even a boiled egg. Overall, the place just felt shady and unsafe, and the cameras all...

"This is a great alternative when staying for Blades Show! It’s a short walk from Cobb Galleria. Close to some decent restaurants . There’s a Planet Fitness down the street, which is a half decent option if you don’t have a real gym nearby. Definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt Place/Cobb Galleria!"

"The TV and phone was not working. They switched our room TV and phone that room did not work. I sat on the bed not comfortable. I looked down and where the carpet meets wall was disgusting. It was like Moldy looking and dirty. I took pictures so they couldn’t deny it. This was not a pleasant hotel at all. When we were leaving, two other customers were leaving stating their room was dirty as well. I do not recommend this hotel at all."

"The room decor is dated, and needs to be upgraded. The air conditioner probably needs a filter change because the room smelled musty. The mattress cover under the sheet had a large brown dirt streak on it where I could see it when the fitted sheet started to come off the corner. You can hear your neighbors talking in the rooms around you and when they use the water the pipes squeal through your room. On the positive side, it's close to the freeway, it's cheap, it's located by restaurants...
