"First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one
We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler
They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler
They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel

"The hot tub was good, but noisy took forever to fill. The bathroom was okay, but the linen, especially the towels were bad.They're old and coming apart. In the pillows where something out of world war two, they were so old and flat.If they just spend eight dollars at walmart, you could get pillows that were four times as good as what they had. "Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron."

"The place needs to concentrate on cleaning the rooms the bathroom was discussing and was not cleaned before we went in.the shower curtain was dirty and the floor was dirty with mold in the corners,I don’t think they ever washed the floor.stains on the chairs and dust and dirty everywhere.we will not be staying there again."

"Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay."
