"The only thing missed was the swimmig pool. Always a nice refreshing part of the trip. Otherwise, we love the PVC Roundhouse. We have been going for many years to stary at you facility. Staff great, very clean cabins and spacious. Love the Kitchen (always bring food to cook breakfast, etc.). Really nice to have a place to washs clothes, if necessary. All around fantastic facility to stay at year after year! We go for wonderful walks and enjoy a round or two of golf at the Pinetop Lakes Golf Course. Great food in town as well. Thanks so much! "The location was great. But the property seems to be where some people live long term. The unit was spacious, but there was what I can only presume was dog hair all over the floor. I also did not like that an envelope was left on the door with my door code and name, because there is no actual person available to check you in on site. Traveling alone, that didn't make me feel safe. But the bed was cozy."

"We love coming to Bison Ranch. We always take advantage of the movie room and free popcorn. The game room is such a fun place for the kids and we love exploring. The maintenance man is so nice and we always see him taking care of the property. The 2 bdrm is perfect for our family of 5. With 3 teenagers space is important. We usually bring our own food so having a full kitchen is great too. Our check in was amazing and the staff that helped us with the movie was also awesome and accommodating with our crazy teenagers. "
