"The property is well maintained and is a lovely place to stay at, however, when I booked it, I thought it was more like a a Bed and Breakfast, but it turned out more like an Airbnb because the day we checked in, there was no staff at the property and the second day as well, we did not see any staff. It is a quit and well situated property and the best part is that it has convenient parking on property."

"I love the Hotel Icon because it is beautiful. One thing I love is the bathroom with their oversized tubs. When we got to our room, we didn’t have a tub so I called and said we want a room with a tub. After a few minutes the operator told that would be an upgrade of 30.00. We’ve never had to pay that before. Also valet parking is super expensive at $58.00 a night. We will stay there again because it’s a beautiful hotel and convenient to get around. I wish they wouldn’t nickel and dime us...

"This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...
