"The appartement itself was well appointed and very comfortable, but our experience was negatively affected by an incident in the parking area. We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. "We happened to visit during a huge heat wave, so that was tough. There were no door stops to prop open the rooms, so even using our luggage to prop it open, the bedroom stayed about 85 degrees. The living room and kitchen were on a corner of the building, so did have some ventilation.
The location was great and the living space was excellent. One drawback was that the fridge froze all items solid and I didn't see a way to adjust the temperature.

"Honestly struggle to provide a positive rating due to the safety concern next to a shelter. Openly want to be sensitive but there was trash and people sleeping in the foyer every night or in tents out front. The place was ok inside as well. On the positive it is close to rail station and city centre."
