"Do not book here. I don’t know where the 4stars came from but that’s a lie. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean this room. Toilets, shower, the floors everything was disgusting. Everything in the area was booked for a festival and I traveled from out of state and was stuck. I showed the employee the dirty toilets and nothing was done to fix the problem. "The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading.
The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."

"The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. The rooms are very dated, and the chairs in our room were covered in dust. The room also felt extremely humid and uncomfortable; everything felt damp, and I felt sticky throughout the stay. Lighting was minimal, making the room feel even more outdated.
To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off around midnight, and there was no explanation provided...
