"Very clean. Great breakfast. Only downside was elevator went down during our stay but we were compensated for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again."

"Well Miss T met us upon arrival. And she was amazing. When I asked if she was able to provide us with two wine glasses, she delivered them to our room within minutes of checking in. Miss C was so hospitable the next day when we were exiting the hotel. Such friendly staff. So glad we spent a second night as the gals made sure everything was working well for us. Upon checking out on the following day, we were treated royally. I’m sorry I don’t remember the names of the two young ladies. Most of the staff are new. Make sure to pay them well. These gals are keepers. I have worked in customer service for over 50 years. I will stay at your hotel again because of the excellent customer service I received. "We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The dining room was clean and bright. Family in the area came to dine with us. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Staff was helpful in suppling me with extra coffee in the room and cleaning when I asked. We have stayed in the past and will come back. Thanks"
