The communication is spot on and even though the apartments dont have a reception area, it only takes a phone call to address your questions. I highly recommended and will definitely be coming back. It felt very safe having a shower :: The only improvement would be to place a chair in one of the changing rooms by the sauna/steam room/gym, as getting showered and changed after having a steam/sauna was difficult!"
