"OK. I want to give a better review than I am giving, but I just cant. The place is run down - it was clean, but very tired. Mattresses were the real cheap - old spring type and we could feel every spring. The main bedroom - I couldn't use because there was no power near the beds, so I had to sleep in a single bed to be near a power point. Loved the big open area and the kids enjoyed running around. We loved the farm animals! My kids were obsessed! "Harrigans Hotel was fantastic! Great room, great location and easy to work your day around. The pub meals were well done. Unfortunately, reception at Mercure to collect key and when speaking on the phone to Amarn, my experience was not good. Abrupt, short and could not explain why the situation occured."

"Location is quiet, lots of parking. The heating isn’t suited for families in the family villa in winter. The lowest setting on the gas heater makes the place unbearably hot overnight and unbearably cold with it off. Instructions say not to use the air con in winter. It makes sense for eco friendly approaches to accomodation however guest comfort also needs to be considered."

The staff were great—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we checked in. On top of that, the location is fantastic and made it incredibly easy to get around.
