This motel has almost everything under renovation including the pool and breakfast. My room and bed was comfortable, but could not get the TV to work. Overall, I would compare this motel with a Motel 6 experience.

Basic, dated hotel

Very basic and very dated hotel. Just needed a bed for a couple hours, so it served that purpose. Couldn't find TV remote. No breakfast although post says it is included.

We stay there twice a year, it was always okay but over our xmas stay when visiting family there was a Roku remote in between our fitted sheet and regular sheets which means they never changed the sheets from the last people who stayed and there is glass on the floor chunks of glass. We told the front counter and the front counter guy told us that he would take care of it. Just look for an email. None of it never happened. No email. All of this is unfortunate because we actually like the place but that was our last stay there.

Lets start with, if you are booking because the property has a free breakfast listed, they don't actually do breakfast and you will get no refund from them despite them advertising a breakfast. Now for the rest. The huge hole in the wall where it looks like someone drove into the building that they arent trying to fix should be the first sign to leave, but the hotel lobby looks fine when you walk in. The moment you turn the corners to the room you are in the 80s. The bathroom at the beginning of the hall is broken and flooding the hallway which no one tells you. The room itself looked recently redone, but there was no trash can inside, the window was broken. There was hair all over the shower. The top sheet was just that, another sheet. Spend the extra money and go else where because you will be spending more on breakfast and a blanket to get by if you stay. Only positive was there were no bed bugs that we could see.

The hot water knob on jacuzzi tube was not connected. But they did give us a card to room next door. So I could use the one in the other room. There was trash & a bed frame blocking the outside . Outlet troubles, no light bulb in one of the lampsdoot.

Do NOT stay here!

This is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The front of the building has a gigantic open hole that has not even attempted to be covered. The carpet in the hallway was soaked in water from some unknown leak, and staff decided to put a wet floor sign down on top of it. Any picture of a room listed online including the picture I posted if not the room that you were paying for staff will try to put you upstairs in a room that has red carpet and is completely dirty and disgusting and outdated. They say that all the pictures online for the rooms that you book have an up charge (these are called the remodeled rooms) at check-in if you want the room matching the description you booked for. This hotel has been under a "remodel" for over 2 years. After having to basically beg to get the room that I booked I was put in a room that had water leakage coming from the wall which which was shared with the hallway that had water soaked carpet the toilet was not refilling on its own I had to fill it myself in addition to that the shower had no water pressure and that is shown in my video. When I did make a complaint about the shower in addition to all the other issues, they offered to give me another room that I could just shower in since I was supposed to be checking out soon. After a few minutes in the shower, all of the cold water stopped, and it poured out scolding hot water. After discussing this with staff, the said they knew of the issues prior, but refused a refund.

Nice staff isn't enough.

Nice room but skimpy on some basics: No cups, no Kleenex, no liner bag for ice bucket. Early morning loud truck idling engines. Electronic room key expired before check out time. Nice people.

Ive been to many hotels and places, the last thing i want to do is be rude or hurtful, more helpful. The place is in a good location, off the highway and close to some restaurants. The help was very nice. The room was incredibly cold, single plane window does not keep the cold out. The sheet were dirty and stained. The shower was hot, but the light in the bathroom is connected to a bathroom fan, made the room colder. You do get what you paid for.....

This place is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. The sheets on the bed are about as thin as a sheet of paper, you can see right through them. It almost looks like they’re a curtain made into a bedspread. My daughters bed was sunken in the middle. It look like it could’ve been a bathtub lol. Then when we went to breakfast, I was making a waffle, but there were no forks to eat it with then I went to get a cup of coffee the coffee machine was broken and that’s the only place you could get coffee from. They had a jug of milk sitting out for cereal or to drink I’m not sure which, but it was unrefrigerated for several hours. Their breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30. The person working at the front Desk was very unhelpful about any of the issues.
