Big chunks of paint was peeling from ceiling. Bathroom smelled like feces with suspicious looking brown stuff around toilet. "Room was very outdated lighting in the bathroom is horrible,no vent in bathroom to suck the steam out when ur getting a shower, floors in the whole room felt dirty like they wasn't mopped , mattress was very hard"

"Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any. "All the staff were very helpful. There were nice areas to get together with my colleagues to talk and hang out. The room was very clean and had many options such as a toaster, microwave, stovetop, fridge/freezer, large closet with extra blankets, pillows. The room could maybe use a little upkeep on the paint, but really not bad. I will come back soon for my next business trip."

"The property is ok. It is older than other holiday inns we have stayed at. Lots of things need fixed/replaced. Breakfast was ok. Outside of the property isn’t maintained well. "

"Our stay here was amazing! The staffs were quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The only issue we had was the s'mores kit was stale and the popcorn was expired. I’m sure we could’ve got that resolved but it wasn’t really a big issue! 10/10 would "

"Honestly the best breakfast of the many, many hotels I've stayed at over the years. Also, te bar here is perfect for a night cap. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and really the hotel is a rtal good value. "

"1. Room 103, had nor room darkening shades. Did not discover this until going to bed which was late. Reported to staff in morning. 2. East Parking lot security accessed side door would not close and therefore provided no protection for the guests and staff. Reported to front desk, they dais they were trying to get it repaired."
