"Our balcony overlooked the pool and Fagers. Island, excellent location. The room was spacious and the hotel staff were very nice. Our only complaint is there was no hot water in our room. Someone came up and told us to turn the faucet to the right and let it run 15 minutes, we let it run one hour we still never got hot water. . I know the building was under renovation so maybe there was an issue there that will be corrected."

"Everything was clean and as described. Property was pet friendly and everyone with dogs was respectful. Quiet property with a beautiful view of the Bay. Would recommend for a stay of a small family or group."

"The house keeper/maneger was mean and inconsiderate. On my last day of stay I asked for clean towels since we have been using the same towels all thought out I want clean towel and the house keeper told me flat out no because the towels are for her incoming guests."
