"My stay was really good. The room was very spacious. It was very modern and clean. It was close to a lovely park and the National Museum. It was close to a bus stop which takes you to the airport. I would say that it is about a 40 min walk to the Old Town which did not bother me. "

"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are:
1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11
2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"This hotel is great. The location is brilliant, a nice easy stroll into the centre of Krakow and near to the river and the castle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The whole hotel felt very clean and calm with very good facilities."

"It’s not bad at all—considering the price, the distance from the city center is understandable. Overall, it was okay. However, the place felt a bit like a ghost town—abandoned, with no reception in sight. During our two-night stay, I couldn't find breakfast on either morning, even though I was up by 7 a.m. both days.

Generelt sett meget bra. Renhold var ok.
Beliggenheten og standard på leilighetene var prima! Veldig bra opplegg med kodelås osv på hoveddør. Kort vei til gamlebyen, og nabolaget rundt var veldig hyggelig med dagligvarebutikker, kafé, apotek, park osv.
Vær obs på at kommunikasjon med utleiere kun fungerer over telefon. Fikk ikke svar på henvendelser over epost og chat/innsjekk skjema."
