What a wonderful experience 7 days in beautiful Krakow!. I have travelled to many countries, but Krakow, is perhaps the most cultural, colourful and interesting country I have visited. I purposefully chose the Q Hotel slightly out of the centre, simply because I wanted to test myself on local travel, i.e. get the no. 173/130 buses from the Hotel - Zloty 3.80. The Hotel was excellent in every department, staff were professional and friendly, food in the restaurant simply scrumptious. Would...

The hotel is clean and has very nice service. It is close to the airport about 10 minutes walk. Worth recommending

Fantastic property. Very swish and modern. Excellent value for money when we stayed. Amazing food in the restaurant!

We were a party of four and had two superior rooms on the tenth floor that gave great views over Krakow and beyond to the country side. The rooms were very clean and in good decorative order. There was a mini bar with usual hotel mark up on products within, tea/coffee facilities, a safe, telephone, flat screen TV (only one English speaking channel), good storage for clothing and bags etc, a generous sized and very comfortable bed with extra covers and pillows available. The bathroom's had hair...

Absolutely lovely hotel and staff. Will definitely be back

Everything was pretty much perfect. Pleasant staff, helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. Atmosphere was lovely. We arrived late and the restaurant was shutting but the staff still managed to produce some food for us on an ad-hoc basis.

Rooms kept up to an excellent standard, location is good but maybe a little far out unless you use the local trams , otherwise a prefect stay

Located between Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter, this was perfect walking distance to everywhere. Suite was massive, Spotlessly clean with mini fridge in the room too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends It was perfect. Breakfast each morning from 7am was also magnificent and set us all up for the day ahead. FIVE STARS *****

Great hotel ideally located.

The room was amazing, individually decorated a d had the wow factor. The staff were great, friendly and in particular Jakob, who sorted my airport transfers and tours to Auschwitz and salt mine before i had rven arrived

Although we arrived too early for our rooms to be ready, we were checked efficiently and were allowed to store our luggage. From this moment onwards, all hotel staff were courteous, helpful and professional. Our rooms were excellent - clean, of a decent size and, without being too British(!) - there were tea/coffee making facilities! The hotel reception area is very stylish and welcoming. Some of us had breakfast at the hotel one morning. Although relatively expensive, there was a wide range of...

Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff. Perfect location and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The restaurant (breakfast) is delicious with plenty of options. A wonderful stay all round.

Was in the middle of the old town and the centre being a 15 minute walk it really was not that bad located, the property it self is absolutely stunning!

Amazing customer service, excessively comfortable and well equipped room, quiet and within walking distance of all amenities

We had a wonderful stay - the location was perfect (a quiet street in the Old Town), staff members were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We are planning to return next year.

Hotel good, staff very helpful, food excellent and lovely outside area. Nothing was too much trouble for the waiting staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay
