Bereits vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir den Vermieter per E-Mail darüber informiert, dass wir frühzeitig anreisen würden, und um eine Schlüsselübergabe gebeten. Trotz dieser vorherigen Absprache war bei unserer Ankunft niemand vor Ort. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar war.
