"The staff went far beyond helpful beginning with making reservations for dinner. The Belman put us and most of our luggage on the lift then ran out of room. He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. The food was delicious A great one night visit, I wish it had been longer"

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"Wir nutzen das Hotel häufiger als Zwischenübernachtung in den Süden oder auch mal als günstige und praktische Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für einen Besuch in Basel. Nichts besonderes, aber sauber, verkehrsgünstig gelegen und vernünftiges Frühstück für die Hotelkategorie. "

"Absolut perfekte Gastronomie und der Service. Wirklich sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer in einem modernsiertem Altbau war ok, das Bad mit Dusche in einer glatten war sicher einige Jahrzehnte alt, da ist noch was zu tun."

"Günstig gelegen, etwas älter, aber mit Interesse betrieben. Nur ein Aufzug betriebsbereit ist bei vielen Stockwerken etwas hinderlich. Restaurant mit leckeren Speisen zu angemessenen Preisen."
