"We were looking forward to our stay at the Hyatt Place in the Room that we reserved. We arrived about 1:00 pm and "of course" the room we reserved was not available/cleaned. "Staff were very nice and polite. Gym was good. Hair in the bathtub and carpets really old and worn in the halls and room and toilet didn't flush well. We used the shuttle to and from the hotel and the airport it was very convenient and right on time. It was ok for one night."

"Das Hotel selber ist ok, die Umgebung durch Baustellen, Müll etc eher geht so. Wir waren wirklich nur zum Übernachten da und mußten nur wenige Meter vom Auto bis zum Hotel. "It was for 1 night only but I had to start by killing some silverfish that refused to pay rent. There was deposit that I was told would be reimbursed in 5 days!!! Rude if you ask me. But following morning I got the deposit paid at check out."

"My pillow had a huge blood stain and they covered it with the case. That says it all. They set the AC and the room was so hot therefore you can’t sleep. The room wasn’t even clean. We were very disappointed."

The self serve convenience mart area was nice with good selections. The entry into the hotel is where the smokers sit and while a nice seating area, beware of all the smokers leading in to the hotel and as much as they try to keep up with all the cigarette butts and provide large containers, guests...
