"We paid extra to upgrade our room to the Governor’s level which included entry into the club on the 12th floor. Free cocktails and hors de oeuvres in the evening and a good complimentary breakfast. Worth the upgrade. Our room had a view of the capital building which was beautiful lit up at night."
