"Awesome place. Friendly staff. There wasn't allot of info on the actual room. Room was nice and clean. How ever it was a little small and we had to keep the bedroom doors open because there's only ac in the living room. Other than that it was a cool place. I would go back. They don't charge for parking, that's a big plus in SD."

"Parking could be difficult, but generally there was at least nearby street parking if there wasnt any spots available in the lot. The place was clean, the AC worked great, and the showers were nice. Overall a great spot to stay at."

"Well kept property, accommodating staff ( trinity) was very helpful. staff and cleaning crew were very nice. Renato was ensuring our questions and needs were attends too with the use of bbq grill. Been coming here for the past 5 years to celebrate my son and my birthday. And has been a family tradition. See you again next year! We enjoyed pickle ball, tennis , swimming, pool table and just soak in the pool and spa!"

"Nice renovated hotel. Convenient location. Good Expedia price/value. Clean double-bedded room with 'contemporary feel. Room could use a chair. Experienced minor problem with flushing toilet. Staff was very responsive and took steps to remedy the situation."

"This is in a terrible location with a large homeless population and a lot of drug usage. The door didn’t fully seal closed, the room was dirty, the beds were terrible, but mostly we just did not feel safe or feel that our vehicle was safe while parked overnight. Do NOT bring your family here."

"We have stayed here several times in the past. Pros: conveniently located in Rancho Bernardo, clean property, cafe in hotel (please note it closes at 10am!), quiet. Cons: one elevator closing for repairs and busy due to many kids’ sport teams staying at hotel over the weekend- some times long waits for elevator; front desk staff only 1 person at times so when they walked away, had to wait a few minutes to be helped; and finally- please note there is a $15 per night charge to park in their lot!...

"Staff was nice. If you have to stay there it’s a bed but bring own sheets not the best or cleanest."

"I like to cook & prepare breakfast of eggs. I bring my own 8" egg pan, good sharp knives for cutting or chopping. Everything else is provided. Stacked W/D each took about an hr no matter what setting you set. Staff is excellent & I love texting options with housekeeping. Everything you need within 10-15 min."
