"Perfect hotel for a short ski break over the weekend, great location right next to one of th main gondolas and lots of taxis or a free bus to get to central Solden. All the staff were amazing, especially Krasamir who served us for breakfast and dinner every day. Always with a smile he couldn't be more helpful and was great providing gluten free options for my wife. Food was excellent, rooms and facilities top notch, our party couldn't have been happier, thank you!"

"This was a ski trip, so I chose this hotel because it has in&out skiing. You literally walk out the back, and ski onto the run. A little trickier coming back at the end of the day. You have to take the lift (19 I think) above it, and then ski down a very steep run to get to the back of the hotel. That was asking a lot from my legs after hours of skiing. There might be an easier route, but i didn‘t ask. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Room was great, the breakfast...

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool"

" Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families."

"Tolles Hotel in den Bergen mit super freundlichem Service und leckerem Essen. Viele Alm/Hüttenwanderungen direkt vom Hotel aus. Das Frühstück Buffet sehr gut und sehr sauberes Hotel mit perfekter Sonnenterrasse wo man die hausgemachten Torten geniessen kann. Wir kommen bald wieder. "

"Fantastiskt fjällhotell med bekvämligheter utöver det normala. Väl städat hotell - vi bodde i den äldre Cristal-delen. Frukost och middag serverades på buffé med riklighet och fräschör. Fantastiskt personal i restaurangen, inga bekymmer med språk, här pratas i första hand Italienska, men även tyska och engelska."
