This was our first stay at an Extended Stay, and we learned a lot about the differences. The room was clean and modern. It had blinds, but no curtains, so the hotel sign kept our room lit at night. The bed was comfortable. There was no coffee machine. The kitchen is nice with appliances but not equipped with any dishes, glasses, silverware, pans, dish cloths, etc., you can purchase them from the hotel, at premium prices, but we went to dollar tree instead for what we needed. The microwave worked fine. We appreciated the full size refrigerator. The bathroom was nice and had toilet paper, towels, and Kleenex. There are no shampoos or other toiletries. The shower tub and sink were quite new and nice. The ice machine in the hotel was broken. The thermostat worked well and kept the room very comfortable.

The hotel itself was nice because it’s new. The amenities are truly lacking. The room has a kitchenette but offers no plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc. We received one bar of soap, no shampoo. The walls are paper thin, we could hear everyone next door and above us. We had to ask the staff three times to contact the room for loud music next to our room. The staff at the front desk were seldom at the front. Probably off somewhere taking care of problems or on break. We stayed for 3 nights and will never stay there again. The place was built very cheaply and in a year will be a mess. Why would anyone build a hotel without soundproofing it?! We could also not get cleans towels when néeded.

The room lacked any supplies. There was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, silverware, glasses, dishes, pans, coffee maker, hair or dryer. When we went to the desk, al they had was a tiny shampoo.

Staff was friendly. Room was less than ideal- no blackout curtains so therr was a lot of light coming through the blinds, the toilet didnt flush well, the bed sheets had to be changef my first night because there was globs of white powder on the fitted sheet, there was a strong smell in the hallways and room. No coffee... won't stay here again and won't ever book through expedia again.

The room was clean and the hotel seemed clean to us. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but I don’t mind that if the place is clean and taken care of. We’ve stayed in places with kitchenettes before, and this was much more simple than past places. There were no cups, dishes, or silverware of any kind. There was no coffee machine or any cottee option in the lobby. The ice machine at no point worked or made ice in the hotel, and the staff told guests to go to the gas station across the way to get ice. Usually there is dish soap and a towel to wash dishes, a lot even have dishwashers, but this did not. There was an open closet, but no hangers. No toiletries either,... not shampoo or conditioner or even a box of tissues or paper towels. There were only 3 small towels for a room with three people, and the bedding was very basic. However, it was cheaply priced, clean, and gave us a safe place to sleep at night, so I guess I can't complain too much. I just assumed it woild be similar to past extended stay hotels we’ve used, and it was very different and very simple. Also, curtains could've been nice. The blinds let in a lot of light and noise. Oh, and only one small bathroom trashcan was simply not enough and made very little sense, especially since housekeeping doesn't come every day.

We stayed 3 nights, 2 of those nights were fine…the room/bath were clean and the beds comfortable. On the second night, parents left numerous children in the room directly above us… loud music, clumping on the floor, jumping in the bed, the desk chair run back and forth over the floor and furniture moved. We did contact the front desk, and the music was turned off, but everything continued until we got up at 6 AM. After several complaints ti to the desk, the last night was quiet after 11:20pm. I don’t blame the property, or the managers, they were very helpful…

The room was very clean. Basic accommodations, which was all we needed. That said...a hand towel in the bathroom and kitchen; I don't think is too much to expect. A second waste basket in the room would have been convenient. Lobby coffee would have been nice. It is a good, clean, new, no frills hotel.

Staff I encountered were great. The kitchen had no supply’s pots pans utensils so cooking was impossible. I’ve been in many ext stays and this is the first with no kitchen tools or a coffee pot. Bare bones. The room was comfortable but was just odd.
