"Beautiful place and definitely will stay again. Our company main office is newly in Post Falls just own the street and a lot of staff frequent the area and will be staying here moving forward. It is soooo quiet and peaceful compared to the new Hyatt everyone had been staying in! Thank you so much!"

"Jacob was extremely helpful. Our original room lacked a light bulb , tv didn’t work and neither did the phone. Jacob found us another room immediately and also gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. He should get a raise."

"Booked this for my dad and sister, the staff was friendly, parking was good. Unfortunately the bath had two holes in it. One was repaired with putty, the second wasn’t repaired so my dad was unable to take a bath. Beds were clean and all other areas In the room was good."

"Young lady at the front desk was very patient and efficient. My room was disgusting. Dirty, gross and in dire need of a remodel. I have nothing good to say about the room other than it was top floor corner so it was quiet. Guests were down eating breakfast barefoot and dirty. So I skipped that. Room had fleas or some other tiny hopping bugs. Just a negative experience."
