"This place was spotless, new, and very modern. Staff was curt and felt rushed. No long line, just see ID, ok, room blah blah blah. No small talk, no the elevators are… when asked about valet because of an event that didn’t allow access to front door, told talk to the valet attendant. Missed a perk on the family in front of us until the customer called it out. Then told me what my bill will be with even noticing I paid through a 3rd party. This event was known so I think they could have notified us at the time of reservations."
