"I am so angry about being put on the third floor with a service dog. I was also not in the main building and did not get proper instructions as to how to even reach my room. I had to turn around and go back in.. There’s no elevator in the building that I was put on the third floor of could not have been more inconvenient. "Got in late and left early, but the place was a perfectly comfortable before a 6am flight. Shuttle starts at 4, and be sure to reserve a seat with the front desk. My 4am shuttle was full. Don't hesitate to book a room -- it's great here. "

"The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."
