Because someone called out we had no actual cooked breakfast day 2 although we paid for the full breakfast. Do t even get me started about the shuttle service. We waited for almost 2 hours outside the airport and when we called all they said was they will be there soon. No one ever called us to tell us the shuttle came and went because it was full?...

"The ONLY issue we had was the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We called several times to be picked up. It never came. We ended up taking the public bus and walk several blocks to our hotel at the end of a very long travel day. Not ideal."

"This hotel is great. It is close to everything right on the edge of town. We liked that it wasn't on the main strip but yet walkable. So many restaurants close by. The area surrounding very safe and clean. You won't be disappointed. I have to give a huge shout out to Tasha at the front dest she was helpful in everyway, funny and professional."

"Room and entire property was clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful. There are two choices for parking: you can park in the garage yourself, just give your plate number at the front desk. You can also leave your car for valet parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. It’s not a continental breakfast, you order from a menu."
