"Booked one night due to an early morning road race. Around 2:00 a.m., we were woken by loud banging and screaming in the hallway. Someone was repeatedly banging on our door, and the police had to come to remove people who were causing a disturbance outside our room. The situation lasted for nearly two hours, making it impossible to sleep. What was most disappointing was that no one from the hotel acknowledged the incident or checked in with us the following morning."

"The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches."

"The big plus is how close it is to the beach. There’s also the pool that can be used now that it’s the same owner as the neibhoring motel.
But the beds aren’t comfortable. The carpet is such a bad idea with the humid weather abd the sand from the beach. The electric outlets in the room are loose, the mini fridge kept shutting off because the plug wasn’t okay.
If you are not looking for comfort, but just a great location, this is an okay choice."

"This hotel is very unique. Everyone has a private bathroom near your room. There also was limited parking, however, there was more free parking a block away. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area was constantly being cleaned so there were always clean tables for other guests. The only drawback to this hotel is that all of the room are on the 2nd or 3rd floor, so if stairs are an issue, then this hotel isn’t for you."

"We liked the location, some rooms have a very nice view (ours was not one of them. Very dark with a basement style window facing tire level of the parking lot). Plenty of parking and a very good breakfast/lunch restaurant on site. Road construction made it difficult to access/leave, but that is not the hotel's fault. There was trenching dug around the property, clearly pipe problems, and the hotel smelled "sewery." Our toilet was leaking at the base and would not stop running all day and night....

"What a lovely property! It was so quaint and quiet for an Inn. The property was very clean, plenty of hot water, an excellent breakfast with both hot and cold items, all staff were very pleasant and had ample smiles.
They kept the old-school decor of an inn. It truly was lovely…also walkable to downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier.
I already have a reservation for this property for later this summer. I am looking forward to it."
