Our rooms tv and air conditioning didn’t work. The walls are paper thin. We could hear every footstep above all night. Our beds sunk in the middle and were not comfortable. Breakfast ends at 9 am and we arrived at 8:30. Other than cereal and 1 bagel nothing else available.

The rooms are not cleaned well. We couldn’t walk barefoot at all as our feet would be black within seconds. The bathroom and walls were filthy. The staff was nice but when we asked for clean room, thats what we got. I would stay here if I HAD to but definitely wouldn’t choose to go back.

The room smelt musty. The fliir in the bathroom was dirty, especially in the corners and around the bath tub. The shower head sprays so far to the back of the shower that it soaked the ground. I stayed two nights and no one came to freshin the room of being new towels. The pillows were so flat and tiny. The door frame where the security lock bolts to was cracked like someone tried to kick in the door. Didn't look sturdy at all.

Sheets were not clean. There were visible hair and stains all over the sheets. This morning, when I got up to shower, I saw a cockroach on the floor. And it smelled like cigarette smoke.

No hot water!!!!! Front desk informed me to run the water for about 15 minute and see if starts to get warmer. This Arizona where water is more valuable than diamonds! I think staff is just doing what they are told to do, they should close until they get the basics in good working order.
