The room was clean. My only issue was booking any restaurant other than buffet. When we checked in we were told you have to go to the 3rd desk and book only the day before. Turned out it was desk 2 and Everyday we attempted as soon as it opened 10am and was told they were booked up already. On the last day another person staying told us you can scan the menu barcode on this desk and book from there. Staff never told us this even the lady at the desk. This was the only issue we had but it is a decision maker for future stays elsewhere. We had what was supposed to be a deluxe king room, it was just another king bed room. It was next to a small pool and that wasn’t very busy.

Room was nice. Most of the staff was good but there were a few that seemed annoyed every time we asked for a drink or something.

This property should not be categorized as "all inclusive" because it does not provide all-inclusive services. This location should be categorized as "self-service" because the Hilton provides access to food and watered-down drinks all day but everyone is required to get their own food and alcohol. I was surprised and disappointed to learn that there was no pool or beach service - I was required to get up and walk to the lobby bar (from the pool) or walk to the pool bar to request a drink. Unfortunately, the staff are not service-centered so each member of my 17 person group had to wait to be served for longer than 7 mins for simple drinks. The pool bar staff spent more time talking to each other than delivering great service to guests. When I asked questions about the liquor-type (well or brand), their responses were dismissvie and rude. I would not recommend this property for anyone in my family or network. After being frustrated with the service level we received, I reached out to the head of F&B (Grec) to share our disappointments. Grec worked hard to secure reservations at the speciality restaurants to improve our stay which helped. Our day experiences were horrible. We travel at lesat 2x per year as a large group and expect to receive service aligned with our price-point. The Hilton should be ashame of its corporate brand to run this property so poorly. Edwin and Shana (front desk and guest services) worked hard to improve our stay but it didn't erase disasppointment.

The bed linin & pillows smelled like wet gym clothes. Called the front desk multiple times to restock my mini fridge & they told me multiple times they would send someone & that never happened. My safe in my room was dysfunctional & a lot of important items were stuck in there. When maintenance arrived he was very rude & unprofessional. Staff was not welcoming & made you feel like your presence was an inconvenience. Some staff in the restaurants would roll their eyes when asked for directions. Yesterday the whole hotel had no running hot water for an hr which made me lose a reservation @ a restaurant because I could not get ready & I had to settle for buffet dinner which wasn’t satisfactory because it was cold. Overall a low quality experience for what was spent in a “five star” hotel. Lots of negative reviews but I decided to overlook them when booking,

Debería haber más limpieza en la zona de restaurante, las cucharas, copas, vasos mal lavados! La hora del almuerzo en el buffet dura muy poco, las reservas a los restaurantes tienes que hacerlo con 2 días de anticipación porque nos quedamos sin poder ir a los restaurantes, las toallas de la habitación olían mal!! Poner a funcionar las máquinas de cola, cerveza porque habían unas que pasaron dañadas, el personal que trabaja les falta ser atentos con las personas y tratar de mantener el espacio donde se come limpio, hay mucho desorden, en el bar del lobby hubo un problema con uno que trabaja y nunca puso la cerveza solo se fue y no le importó que más personas estábamos ahí!

Beach is very small. The Restaurants aren’t as good as in other all-inclusive, specifically the sushi that was quite poor. The staff are all very friendly. Two out of 7 nights there were « private party » in the beach next to the hotel, by the Riff Hotel and the music was pounding in until 2am, same thing for the lights beam coming into the room. I asked the desk and I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because it was a private party. Well, if this was a private party then all the ocean rooms were hammered with terrible disco music when most people having vacations need to rest and sleep

Should have stayed on the riff it’s adult only this side is for the families which wasn’t a problem but just for future purposes. The hotel was nice and staff was really helpful

I really wanted to love this hotel but unfortunately, I would not stay here again. The hotel is outdated and does not appear like the pictures. There was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain, stained carpeting, paint chipping off the walls, and our headboards were dusty all the time. The pool is 5 feet and deeper with only a few shelves for anyone shorter to be able to stand (up to their ankles) so if you are shorter than 5 feet you really can’t be in the pool without a float. The breakfast buffet was good if you got there early otherwise they were quick to run out of food and not replenish it quick enough. it’s a shame that the restaurants are not open for lunch and your only option was to return to the buffet or eat junk food poolside snacks, which were subpar. we did not eat at the resort for dinner and the offsite restaurants in Curaçao are fantastic and worth exploring. we did hear from people that making reservations for dinner at the restaurants on site is nearly impossible. The website indicated they had an arcade room for teens which they do not when I asked management. They said “we used to” so that was very disappointing. Also, the activities desk was constantly out of amenities they should’ve had like a ball pump and balls and activities for the kids. The best part about the hotel is the beach set up. The reef is perfect for snorkeling and the sand is powdery white. The waterpark was really fun as well.

Second time here and we had a great time. You can tell that new management has been brought in and they are starting to make changes which was great to see.

I hate to ever leave a negative review but when it's warranted it has to be done. Overall, the hotel is decent, not bad not great, decent. When you first pullup to the front desk area to check in its a little chaotic as the guest that are checking in/out or waiting for their transport to depart from the resort block up the area and it is very disorganized. No one calls you over so if you're not waiting to jump in front of the next open check in desk you can find yourself being skipped a few times. The check in process was quite fast as they really don't explain to anything other than the building you're in or how to get to your room. We were never told about the types of restaurants that were on the property or how to or when you should make a reservation for them if you would like to dine at one of them. When you finally are able to get a reservation, everything feels like they want you in and o and the staff kind of make you feel like it's a bother that your even there. The hotel offers a really great all-inclusive package. You really don’t need to come off the resort for anything other than site seeing. They were entertainment each night and good food options. However, they should be some upgrade to the elevator and better explanation as to what amenities require reservations. Overall, great choice for a relaxing and all inclusive trip.

This isn’t my first time at this resort, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience!!! The personal were all extremely rude and not accommodating, it was hard to book reservations for dining, in addition to everyplace being extremely dirty. The personal doesn’t clean in the buffet, it’s very hard to find a table that is actually clean and if you ask the staff to clean it they were very nasty!!! Next, the beach was disgusting there were cups, and trash everywhere and none of the workers would clean it up. Compared to the other time I vacationed at this resort it’s very sad that they didn’t improve they only got worse. Please try to improve your services because overall the hotel is nice and the location is great however something needs to be done regarding the cleanliness of the resort!!!

Hotel all inclusive sim mas, bastantão. Muvuca no almoço, muvuca no café da manhã. Restaurantes a noite precisam de reservas mas extremamente simples. Nada de mais ou especial. Alguns funcionários são cordiais outros não! Ao lado tem outro resort que usa toda an infra do Corendon mas Corendon não pode ir lá, ao lado divisa por uma passarela. Vantagem, praia privada e boa. Se você gosta de drinks ok mas se gosta de um vinho branco, rose ou espumante, é tudo morno. Em Curaçao eles não sabem servir bebida gelada. Somente a cerveja/chopp Heineken que é gelada. Dica, leve seu copo térmico

Room was very clean. Staff was a little rude. Hotel store is a little shiesty. Went in to purchase earphones was given 2 different prices. One store associate quoted $61 US and another store associate quoted $80 US. First night there they ran out of beer which should never happen for all inclusive resort. Good in buffet always cold, need a better resource to keep the food warm.
