the shuttle services was excellent, the space in the room its very good, just we didn't like the bed sheets, are so old and stained

Very comfortable stay, we would definitely return!
We had a very comfortable stay, were met at the airport, last minute breakfast was delivered, were given lots of tips, and were met to take us back to the airport in plenty of time. I most appreciated the friendliness and work ethic of the owners. There are a few things that can be improved, a curtain for the bathroom window and front door, wifi password and local activities listed in the room.

I was there for one night. Needed a place close to airport due to early flight. My flight was late coming in. The positive is the driver waited 11/2 hours for me at the airport. Not around any food . Extra fees- only wanted cash - stopped to withdraw money and accidentally got local currency which is almost twice mine. Driver took that instead of offering exchange the currency back. Asking for $120. I took out $200 in local currency and the driver took that and $10 more. Should charge more upfront Sheets were dirty on the bed Wifi kept going off and on. Off more than on. Only had one towel No hot water Needs more lighting Very loud outside of apartment by pool until 2 AM I would not recommend this apartment unless you negotiate extra fees upfront, Had a rental car. Paid too much with fees

Hi, Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry to hear that you didn't have a pleasant stay with us. The job of the driver is to pick you up from the airport and drop you off at the apartment. You told him you were hungry, he was kind enough to bring you to the mc donalds, but you did not want to stay because it was crowded. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. At the moment that you arrived the driver did not have any US dollars with him, as we local people here don't use US dollars. The extra fees were the cleaning fee $35 and tourist tax 7%. That's the only extra fees that we have, and these charges are very common on the island. Normally the driver charges taxi fees to bring you to buy food etc.. We have an 24/7 cleaning lady. If you needed more towels we would have provided them for you if you would have asked us. We only put 1 towel because of your 1 night stay. We don't advertise that we have hot water.

Paradijs op aarde
Gewoon perfect en heel goed ontvangen goede service best de moeite waard zorgzaam beschermd en lekker zwembad dicht bij de deur van alle gemakken voorzien en shuttle service
